Download the Wash Club App & Select Your Account Type
Click the button below to download The Wash Club app then select your account type.
Enter Your Vehicle Information
Enter your vehicle info, including your license plate so our system knows it's you when you arrive.
Choose Your Wash Package
Select the car wash option you want to purchase directly from the app.
Drive a Great Looking Vehicle
As a monthly Wash Club Member you can wash whenever you want as much as you want so you always have a great-looking vehicle.

Are the vacuums free to use?
Yes, our vacuums are available for our members during regular business hours.
For best result, use vacuums after every wash!
How often should I wash my vehicle?
With a Wash Club Membership, you can wash your car 1 time per day all month long - that's once per day, every day!
For best results, it is recommended that you wash your car at least once a week or as needed.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
Please visit our cashier lane to change your license plate or switch out your car. You can also contact a team member at the wash and they can help you out. These changes can not be done on our App.
Do we offer a family plan?
Yes, any additional vehicles receives $2 off monthly membership.

How to Update Credit/Debit Card Information from within our APP
1. From the Home Screen inside the app, select the Silhouette in the upper right corner.
2. Select the “Billing” button.
3. Select your current credit card from the list.
4. Enter your new credit/debit card details in the space provided.
5. Select the “Save card” button.
Can I use my Wash Club plan on more than one vehicle?
Unfortunately, Wash Club plans are only good for one car. We do offer a family discount - each additional car will receive $2 off their selected plan.

How to Add a Vehicle to My Account from within our APP
1. From the Home Screen inside the app, select the Silhouette in the upper right corner.
2. Select the “My Cars” button.
3. Select “+ Add...w” car at the bottom of the page
4. Enter the vehicle information and Select “Next”
5. Choose your “Home Site” & “Wash Package” then select “Purchase”

How to Change Wash Packages for Existing Members from within our APP
1. From the Home Screen inside the app, select the Silhouette in the upper right corner.
2. Select the “My Cars” button.
3. From the list of vehicles on your account, select the vehicle that you wish to Update
your membership.
4. Select the “WASH PACKAGE” button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the “WASH PACKAGE” button at the top of the screen.
6. Select which Wash Package you would like to have on the vehicle.
7. Confirm the Wash Package that you would like to purchase (upgrade/downgrade) is
correctly listed in this box.
8. Select the “Purchase” button.
*Please note that any package upgrades will be pro-rated for the remaining portion of the billing period.
*You will see the full new charge at your next renewal date. If you are downgrading packages, the new package/rate will take effect your next renewal date.

Your card will be billed at the same date every month.
Cancel or Deactivate My Membership
How to Cancel your Wash Club Membership from our APP
1. From the Home Screen inside the app, select the Silhouette in the upper right corner.
2. Select the “My Cars” button.
3. From the list of vehicles on your account, select the vehicle that you wish to cancel.
4. Select the “WASH PACKAGE” button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Select the “OK” button from the confirmation pop-up.
What happens when I cancel my Wash Club membership?
After the end of that payment period you will no longer be charged.
